Q: What is the cabin's calendar availability, how can I check if my dates are available?
A: Use our booking form to enter your arrival date and then your departure date. You will see in the popup calendar if the dates you desire are available or not.
Q: Do you have free WiFi?
A: Yes. Our cabin has free wireless internet available. The login information will be in the cabin upon your arrival.
Q: Do you cater to special occasions?
A: Absolutely! Whether it's a birthday, honeymoon or anniversary, our cabin offers the perfect backdrop to your special occasion. We take pride in helping you plan an unforgettable experience, and we've partnered with local businesses to add a touch of magic to your celebration. Let us know your preferences and desires, and we will do everything we can to make your celebration one you'll treasure for a lifetime.
Q: Are there any lake/fishing guides available?
A: Yes. There are several businesses that provide guided lake tours such as the Broken Bow Tiki, and several fishing charters available as well that can be easily booked online.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Guest receives 100% if cancellation occurs at least 14 days before arrival; 50% if cancellation occurs at least 7 days before arrival; No refunds within 7 days of arrival.
Q: How far are you from the Beavers Bend State Park?
A: We're located less than 8 minutes from the lake.
Q. Are you available on other Short Term Rental Platforms?
A. Yes. Bella Luna Cabin is also available for booking through Airbnb and VRBO, where it has achieved Superhost and Premier Host status respectively.
Q. What is your current capacity?
A. Bella Luna is the ultimate getaway for 1 or 2 couples, girls/guys trips, or small families. We can accommodate up to 4 people at this time.
Q. Can we have a fire outside in a fire pit?
A. Yes, the cabin has its own fire pit and complimentary firewood.
Q. What makes your cabin unique from other cabins in the area?
A. There are many fine cabins in the area, but our distinctive feature is our convenient location and our cozy accommodations. Our cabin is located at the end of a cul-de-sac with very minimal traffic away from busy 259, while being within minutes from several attractions and restaurants. Our booking prices are competitive and we seek to offer our best care for you.
Q. What is the nearest airport to Bella Luna Cabin?
A. The closest airport to Broken Bow is Texarkana (TXK) Airport which is 58.6 miles away. Other nearby airports include Shreveport (SHV) (121.6 miles).
Q: Do you allow pets?
A: No. Mindful of our allergy suffering guests, Bella Luna is an animal-free environment.
Q. Are there any additional fees when booking?
A. The only additional fees you will encounter are sales tax, lodging tax, cleaning and management fees. Each booking is subject to 9.25% sales tax and 7% lodging tax. We have worked on simplifying our pricing structure so that there are no surprises when booking.
